1. What Casita.tax is

Casita.tax is software that prepares a Modelo 210 file based on the information you provide. You are responsible for filing the form with the Spanish tax agency (AEAT).

2. What Casita.tax is not

We are not a gestor, fiscal representative, tax advisor, or law firm. We do not submit anything to AEAT on your behalf. The output is a software-generated draft based on your inputs.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate property, ownership, and cadastral data.
  • Review the calculation before paying or filing.
  • Submit the .210 file via AEAT yourself, by the relevant deadline.

4. Fees and refunds

€35 per filing. If we fail to generate a usable .210 file for technical reasons, you receive an automatic refund. Refunds for user-error scenarios are at our discretion.

5. Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for AEAT penalties, surcharges, or interest resulting from inaccurate inputs or late submission.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time from /settings.

7. Governing law

England and Wales.
