Casita.tax does not act as your fiscal representative. You submit the file to AEAT yourself and remain legally responsible for the contents of your submission.

The figures we calculate are estimates based on the data you entered and the rates published by AEAT. They are not a guarantee of the final tax owed. AEAT may apply additional surcharges, interest, or adjustments at their discretion.
Edge cases
Casita.tax is designed for the common non-resident IRNR scenario (Modelo 210, type 02 imputed income, or rental). If your situation involves complex ownership structures, trusts, mid-year sale events before 2018, or non-EU/EEA residents with rental income, please consult a qualified gestor before filing.
